I am so glad I changed to Gateway EDI. The enrollment process was very easy and there have been very few issues with our claims. The few issues there have been were resolved very quickly. Gateway EDI is my 3rd clearinghouse

A Clinic Starts From Scratch
Family Practice Clinic, a tiny office in rural Dyersburg, Tenn., has extremely limited resources, so clinic manager Mimi Cherry figured it would be far too expensive to file claims electronically. To hold down the cost of electronic claims, and avoid investing in a server, the practice turned to the application service provider model of computing. It’s using a Web-based service from Gateway EDI, St. Louis, that costs about $350 a month for about 400 claims, Cherry estimates.

Just Wanting to Say Thanks
October 5 was the culmination of our annual Customer Service Week celebration. That afternoon, other staff members provided customer support services while Customer Service, New Accounts and Executive Accounts left the office for a few hours of fun, food and camaraderie.
