“We just switched over to Gateway EDI less than a month ago. We were having major problems with our former clearinghouse and were a little leery. I am so THRILLED already with what has happened! In just this short time, we were able to recover tens of thousands of dollars in outstanding claims that were “lost” or not sent on to payers, or simply deleted from our previous clearinghouse’s system with no explanation!
