For practices that show outstanding performance each month, Gateway EDI has a special club.  When 99% of the claims you submitted to Gateway EDI for a month were ERROR FREE, you are 99% Club Member.  Reach that for 3 months of the quarter, and you get special acknowledgement.

This accomplishment gains your practice reduced time and costs associated with refiling claims, decreased A/R days waiting for rejection notices, and increased A/R dollars for those claims that get rejected and may not get refiled. The efficiency and financial benefits yielded from your efforts are great.

Each quarter, we look at those sites that accomplished this goal for three consecutive months. The candidates must also:

  • Submit at least 200 claims per month
  • Maximize their EDI rate for transactions
  • Utilize the Gateway EDI website
  • Demonstrate a low “Average Days to File” rate
  • Be a Gateway EDI customer for over 6 months
