Charlotte A. Martin

President and Chief Operating Officer

Charlotte joined Gateway EDI with more than 17 years experience with a Fortune 500 Healthcare and Diagnostic Chemical Company, her last position as VP of Operations. Charlotte has her undergraduate degree in Biology from Maryville University and her M.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Missouri - St. Louis.

Charlotte has overall responsibility for all operations of the company. She brings a strong background in Process Controls, Quality Assurance, Planning and Management Development to the company. Over the past 5 years Charlotte has implemented many process improvement initiatives as well as the development of a culture of process measurements and controls.
