Kelly joined Gateway EDI in 1996 with more than 15 years experience in health care. She was a central figure in the development and implementation of electronic claims capability for General American's Medicare intermediary.

Kelly now has responsibility for the customer service, new customer implementation and call center functions. During her seven years of service with Gateway EDI, she has imbued the company culture with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. One of her most important responsibilities for the company is her selection and training of the many talented people needed to support customers' needs.
