A graduate of Truman State University, Michelle began her healthcare career with Gateway EDI in the fall of 1992. Through a combination of hands on experience and continued industry education, Michelle has become one of the cornerstone contributors to Gateway EDI's success. In a generation where job changes have become the norm, Michelle has made Gateway EDI a home, building strong lasting business relationships with co-workers, clients and business partners. Michelle's understanding of the full revenue cycle, from physician charge entry to cash posting enables her to effectively communicate with both providers and payers. In addition, Michelle utilizes her technical knowledge coupled with her marketing background to develop and deliver effective client communications. Michelle continues to look into the future in search of technologies that will enable improved Healthcare EDI.
