We had so many problems with our other clearing house - being put on hold for over 20 minutes, then getting a recording to leave a message, then never getting a return call back.  We got Gateway and its wonderful. They even call you when you don't expect it. The girls are great to work with and very understanding. Gateway is a great clearinghouse and I would (and have) recommend it to any business.
