As Gateway EDI’s industry initiatives coordinator, Dawn Duchek researches health care industry trends and changes that could impact providers. She shares insights with our clients and business partners to help them navigate and stay ahead of industry challenges. Dawn also educates our own internal associates about health care trends to help them better serve our customers.
Beth Stefanski, Customer Service Quality Assurance
Beth Stefanski serves as customer service quality assurance at Gateway EDI, A TriZetto Company. In this role, she is responsible for conducting monthly quality assurance audits for the company’s customer service department. She also monitors call and service logs to ensure that clients continue to receive quality service, and assists customers with their ICD-10 implementation efforts.
Melissa Smith, Business Technical Analyst
Melissa Smith began her career at Gateway EDI, A TriZetto Company in 2009. As a business technical analyst, Melissa is responsible for collaborating across departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner and advising users of changes in procedures. She also provides technical training for the client services team, and supports clients with ICD-10 implementation.
