From the initial implementation contact, your clients are instructed to call Gateway EDI for any concerns regarding EDI. Gateway EDI takes ownership of these issues, and will work with the client to resolve them, calling Preferred Vendor Partners when necessary, but never pushing the issue off to the vendor.

Marketing: As a Vendor Partner, we work jointly to market our services. We list our Vendor Partners on our website. Our strong relationship with our clients motivates them to look to us for help in making decisions regarding their billing office. When they need a software change, we direct them to our Vendor Partners list. Our clients are dedicated to Gateway EDI, and picking a vendor from this list ensures continued service by Gateway EDI as their clearinghouse.

Communication: Gateway EDI Vendor Partner representatives are dedicated to keeping you informed of our activities and the activities of our mutual clients. Along with this commitment, Gateway EDI has created a Vendor Web Portal designed to provide immediate, accessible information on your clients. Our Vendor Partners are able to login to our secure website. This website offers regular messages, industry updates and client information. Our Vendor Partners are also able to access reports to better analyze their clients’ success with EDI transactions.
