Dave Cheli

Dave has over 18 years of experience in health care information technology, with extensive knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), software development methodologies and project management. He was formerly director of information technology with HealthLink, a WellPoint Health Networks company, where he led the software development and EDI initiatives. Prior to that, he had served in various IT management roles at other health care technology firms.
